The ideal candidate will lead design and development projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes in affordable housing and hospitality sectors while collaborating with clients and overseeing project teams.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage design and development projects for multi-family housing
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to create innovative design solutions
Oversee project teams, ensuring adherence to design standards and project specifications
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, Section 42 regulations and standards
Conduct construction administration and provide support during the construction phase
Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative studio environment
Qualification
Required
Licensed Architect with a degree in Architecture
10+ years of experience in multi-family housing design and development
Proficiency in Revit and other design software
Strong knowledge of affordable housing policies and programs, including LIHTC and Section 8 preferred
Experience in construction administration and project management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
