Responsibilities
Meeting the project goals including integrated design and planning goals, budget, schedule, and project financial performance
Living and breathing the project from inception to completion and be able to turn your hand to all aspects of the project
Prepare schedules, budgets and work plan documents during all phases of the project
Fosters long-standing and mutual relationships with clients in pursuit of Trusted Advisor status and opportunities for repeat work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Experience with multifamily, apartments, mid-rise, etc
