Responsibilities
Manage and litigate complex family law cases, including high-asset divorces and related disputes
Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions with precision and strategic insight
Collaborate with a team of specialists, including discovery attorneys and forensic CPAs, to develop case strategies
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Provide exceptional client service, ensuring clear communication and tailored legal solutions
Stay current on family law developments through firm-provided MCLE courses and external educational opportunities
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California Bar
Prior experience in family law litigation strongly preferred
Passion for family law and a commitment to excellence in practice
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team
Availability to work in-office in San Diego for the initial two-week training period
