Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet specifications and deadlines
Supervise and mentor a team of civil engineers and technicians, fostering professional development

Utilize Civil 3D software for design and drafting of land development projects
Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documentation

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering with management experience
Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software
Strong understanding of land development principles and practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
