Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop and coordinate BIM models
Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and CADmep to create detailed drawings and specifications for HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
Implement VDC processes to enhance project workflows and increase efficiency
Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
Manage project documentation and updates through Procore
Assist in the development of project schedules and budgets related to BIM modeling activities
Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding BIM software and tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination and modeling

Knowledge of VDC processes and technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
