Responsibilities
Primary responsibility for this position will be the implementation, organization, tracking, procurement, review and approval of all project submits
Assist in the maintenance of working relationships with Clients, Consultants and other agencies
Assist with the procurement of materials and services for projects in progress
Assist with the distribution of scope of work assignments for each subcontractor & vendor
Assist in the procurement of contracts with vendors and suppliers
Assist in bidding, the administration and tracking of project costs including participation in project accounting updates, approvals and processes
Assist in the coordination of all project team members, maintenance, and schedules
Maintain project communication hierarchy and protocol between project team
Review projects in field
Quality Control
Assist in the scheduling of and attend all job meetings when necessary
Assist in the creation of and participate in Project closeout procedures
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience and knowledge of all phases of construction management
History of managing Fire Alarm, electrical, and HVAC control wiring projects in the Boston Market
Provide clear and articulate direction to team-members
Exceptional organizational skills
Experience with pre-construction, estimating RFIs, change orders, and submittals
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong administrative skills--the ability to maintain clear notes, keep organized records and time-management
Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, P6, and other construction-related software preferred
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
