Represent clients in court during litigation proceedings

Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes outside of court
Stay updated on changes in family law and litigation practices
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Valid state bar license
Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on matrimonial and family law
Strong knowledge of family law principles and court procedures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Proven ability to handle trials and depositions confidently
