Required

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, risk management, or related field

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare risk management, compliance, or patient safety leadership
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and ERM frameworks
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to foster collaboration and drive organizational change

Preferred

Master's degree
Experience with public records management and disclosure requirements
