The Guest Experience Host will deliver exceptional guest service, engage with guests, manage queues, and maintain a clean and organized environment to create memorable experiences for visitors.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service with energy, confidence, and a positive attitude—living the Merlin Values every day
Proactively engage with guests and create memorable interactions filled with fun and excitement
Manage queues and guest flow safely while keeping spirits high
Keep public areas clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day
Follow opening and closing procedures to keep the attraction running smoothly
Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, and security standards

Qualification

Required

Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Preferred

6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
