Responsibilities
Designing, engineering, implementing and managing Enterprise VTC solutions supporting both secured and unsecured services in a DISN environment
Providing direct C4IM support to the 9th MSC Headquarters and staff elements, Direct Reporting Units (DRU) on network functions pertaining to Operations and Plans, Network Operations, and Unified Communications
Executing strategic, tactical, and base sustaining C4IM support during peacetime and contingent operations in support of all USAR units in the Pacific
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in designing, engineering, implementing and managing Enterprise VTC solutions supporting both secured and unsecured services in a DISN environment
Extensive working knowledge in Codian MSE 8000 Multipoint Control Unit
Extensive working knowledge in Cisco Video Communications Server
Extensive working knowledge in Cisco Softclient
Extensive working knowledge in Cisco Communications Manager
Extensive working knowledge in Cisco Codecs
Extensive working knowledge in Cisco Telepresence Management Suite Server
Extensive working knowledge in Firewall Traversal
Extensive working knowledge in Extron Room Interface
Extensive working knowledge in IPVTC/VOIP (H.323/SIP)
Extensive working knowledge in ISDN (H.320)
Extensive working knowledge in KIV 7M/HSB
Extensive working knowledge in STIG implementation
IAT Level II (per DoD 8570.1)
