Qualification

Real estate closing experienceReal estate contracts familiarityReal estate closing softwareHighly organizedWork under time constraintsDetail-oriented

Required

Some familiarity with real estate contracts, mortgage loan instructions, and title opinions
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under time constraints
Experience working with real estate closing software (SoftPro preferred)
At least one (1) year of real estate closing experience
