Responsibilities

Develop detailed site layouts and utility layouts for land development projects

Prepare plan sheets and grading designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Design water distribution and sanitary sewer systems in compliance with local regulations

Conduct earthwork calculations and assist in the preparation of grading plans

Create pipe network designs and storm drainage systems while ensuring sediment control measures are in place

Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met

Review and analyze project specifications, and provide technical input as necessary
