Responsibilities

Support undergraduate education research and evaluation projects aimed at increasing undergraduate student retention and graduation
Assist with the design, implementation, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative research studies
Contribute to data collection, data management, and statistical analysis
Assist with IRB submissions, amendments, and compliance activities
Prepare research summaries, reports, and written materials for internal and external audiences
Collaborate with project staff and stakeholders across academic and administrative units
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
