Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze complex job flows on MVS/OS/390 systems
Resolve job abends and troubleshoot issues using JCL
Perform scheduling requests and job submissions using Control-M
Serve as a liaison between technical developers and production support
Document issues using Tivoli and maintain job documentation
Perform QA checks on new jobs to ensure compliance with standards
Communicate professionally with programmers, customers, and team members
Participate in meetings and collaborate across multiple environments (Acceptance & Production)
Train and mentor other staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Must reside in Wisconsin
Expert Level – Ideal for candidates with prior mainframe operations experience
Outstanding attendance and dependability required
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential
