Responsibilities
Conduct business valuations for various purposes including mergers, acquisitions, and litigation support
Analyze financial statements and perform detailed financial modeling to assess company value
Utilize various valuation methods including Discounted Cash Flow and Market Research techniques
Prepare clear and concise valuation reports that outline findings and recommendations
Conduct industry analysis to understand market trends and their impact on valuation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights for valuations
Support clients through the acquisition process by providing valuation insights and recommendations
Qualification
Required
5+ Years of Valuation exp
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in business valuation or a similar analytical role
Strong understanding of valuation methods and financial modeling principles
Proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
Excellent report writing and data interpretation skills
Familiarity with compliance standards and risk assessment practices
Preferred
CPA, CVA, ABV, CFF preferred
