Responsibilities
Lead and manage sheet metal projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Collaborate with engineers and clients to develop project specifications and design plans
Oversee the fabrication and installation processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
Manage project documentation, including contracts, plans, and change orders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the sheet metal or HVAC industry
Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and HVAC systems
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
