Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements for non-profit organizations, government agencies, and school districts
Develop and execute audit plans, including risk assessments and audit programs
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, promoting a culture of accountability and transparency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification is required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
