Responsibilities

Accurately post and process journal entries to record financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards
Manage accounts receivable: issue invoices, track payments, and ensure timely collections
Manage accounts payable: verify expenses and reconcile accounts promptly
Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements) while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee compensation
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports, providing insights into financial performance and key metrics

Qualification

Accounting software proficiencyFinancial reporting standardsJournal entry managementCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsAttention to detailProcess improvement initiativesERP implementationsFast-paced environment experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of accounting experience
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and MS Office
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

Preferred

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in financial reporting, payroll processing, and journal entry management
Familiarity with process improvement initiatives or ERP implementations
Experience working in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment
