Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of supplier enablement activities, including onboarding, tracking, communications, and documentation
Support planning, coordination, and execution of L&D supplier projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope
Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from internal stakeholders and suppliers, providing timely and accurate responses
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline supplier enablement workflows and improve operational efficiency
Maintain accurate supplier and project data in systems; support the creation of dashboards, reports, and status updates
Partner with procurement, finance, and L&D delivery teams to ensure smooth supplier operations and compliance with policies
Maintain process guides, templates, and FAQs to ensure consistent communication and training for internal and external partners
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or operations, ideally supporting L&D, training, or supplier management teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, Docs/Word)
Experience with ticketing systems, project management tools, or workflow platforms (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce)
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Experience supporting or managing vendor/supplier relationships in a global organization
Knowledge of L&D or training operations, including scheduling, logistics, and delivery coordination
Background working with procurement, finance, or contracts functions
Familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools such as Tableau, Sheets formulas, or dashboards
