Qualification
Required
Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
Ability to organize and coordinate Training programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in using HR-related software and applications
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in remote work settings is a plus
