Lead and manage audit engagements for government and not-for-profit entities

Ensure compliance with relevant auditing standards, including GASB

Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Review audit work papers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

Assist in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
