Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of new injection molded products
Optimize existing injection molding processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards
Conduct material selection and testing to ensure specifications are met for plastic components
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues related to injection molding
Document and present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in injection molding and plastics engineering
Willing to travel within your territory - 75% travel
Run a press and injection molding machine on your own
Experience with CAD software and design tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commercial/Sales Experience is a must
