Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to determine project scope, goals, and deliverables
Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during all phases of construction
Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and resolve issues promptly
Prepare and present project reports to management and clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the interior construction industry
Proven experience with tenant improvements and commercial office build-out projects
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and safety regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficient in project management software and tools
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
