Responsibilities
Represent clients in complex family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and high-asset disputes
Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals
Provide high-quality legal counsel with meticulous attention to detail
Collaborate with a dedicated team, including assigned discovery attorneys and forensic CPAs
Maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
Contribute to a positive team culture through professionalism and teamwork
Qualification
Required
Active California State Bar membership in good standing
Significant family law litigation experience required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Excellent communication, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
CFLS certification preferred
