Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks

Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure product reliability and performance

Manage product development projects from concept through to production, ensuring timelines and objectives are met

Perform engineering analysis to evaluate designs and improve performance metrics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and iterate designs based on testing feedback

Generate and maintain technical documentation for all projects and designs

Analyze manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Conduct stress analysis to ensure product durability under various operating conditions

Advise on materials selection based on engineering principles and project requirements

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns
