Statement of qualifications

Expert-level proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel to generate and present data-driven executive presentations

Experience with providing direct support to a senior Executive or Board of Directors

Experience managing a heavy workload of complex administrative functions with competing deadlines

Preferred

Experience directly supporting a senior Executive or working directly with a Senior Executive on highly sensitive projects

Experience working with a Board of Directors

Experience coordinating complex administrative and operational functions (calendar management, travel coordination, budgets/reimbursements, records management, etc.) for a senior Executive in accordance with organizational policies

Experience facilitating/coordinating/executing meetings and communications on behalf of a senior Executive

Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to develop clear, professional, executive-level presentations

Ability to create, manage, and maintain complex Excel tables, reports, and database-style tracking systems with a high level of accuracy

Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
