Parkview Health is seeking a Summer Intern responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing service catalog items within the IT Service Management platform, ServiceNow. The intern will work on designing and maintaining ITSM catalog items and ensure that processes align with organizational standards while enhancing the user experience.

Responsibilities

Developing, maintaining, and optimizing service catalog items and associated workflows within the organization’s IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, ServiceNow
Ensuring that intake processes are clear, efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards
Designing, building, and maintaining ITSM catalog items, forms, and request components to support service intake processes
Ensuring that catalog items align with service definitions, user requirements, and ITSM best practices
Developing client scripts, UI policies, data lookups, and form logic to enhance the request experience within the ServiceNow platform

Required

Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student
GPA of 3.0 or above
Submission of Cover Letter, Resume and Letter of Recommendation
