Responsibilities

Own the full accounting lifecycle, including general ledger, close, financial statements, and internal controls

Lead and execute the Order-to-Cash process: contracts, billing, collections, deferred revenue, and revenue recognition

Serve as the subject-matter expert for SaaS accounting, including ARR/MRR, deferred revenue, and subscription billing

Manage and lead a lean team of accountants and bookkeepers with a player-coach mindset

Drive system modernization, including expert use of QuickBooks Online and leading the future implementation of NetSuite

Leverage automation and AI tools to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase close efficiency

Partner with Rev Ops, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure financial data integrity and operational alignment

Lead audits, tax filings, and coordination with external accountants and advisors

Build scalable processes, documentation, and controls to support fast growth
