Group President

Confidencial is seeking a Group President to oversee the overall business performance and strategic execution of the group. The role involves leading multiple business units and ensuring alignment across strategies and performance management while driving sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior executive responsible for the overall business performance and strategic execution of the group
Lead and oversee multiple business units, subsidiaries, or regional operations within the group structure
Translate group-level strategy and board directives into executable plans and measurable results
Drive sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all group entities
Partner closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team on corporate strategy, capital allocation, and major initiatives
Ensure alignment and consistency across business units in strategy, governance, and performance management
Oversee group-wide financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation in collaboration with the CFO
Identify growth opportunities, synergies, and efficiency improvements across the group portfolio
Lead, mentor, and develop business unit presidents, general managers, and senior executives
Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and portfolio optimization initiatives
Represent the group externally with investors, strategic partners, regulators, and key stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred
5–8+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior executive or group-level roles
Proven track record of leading multi-business, multi-region, or holding-company structures
Strong strategic, financial, and commercial acumen at an enterprise level
Exceptional executive presence, leadership influence, and decision-making capability
Experience working closely with boards, investors, and senior stakeholders
Demonstrated success in driving growth, transformation, and organizational alignment

Preferred

Experience in complex, regulated, or multinational environments is a strong advantage
Industry experience relevant to the group's core businesses is preferred
