On-Board Services is a contract service provider for a local manufacturing entity, and they are seeking a People Systems / Power Platform Intern. This role will support the facility in advancing TPM initiatives by digitizing manual HR and operations processes, working on high-impact projects across HR, Production, and Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR and Production leaders to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities
Design, build, and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate flows
Develop Power BI dashboards with accurate, real-time data for daily and weekly leadership reviews
Convert and modernize paper forms using Adobe Pro and Microsoft Power Platform
Document system flows, data dictionaries, and user guides
Conduct user training and gather feedback to support adoption and continuous improvement

Required

Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong skills in Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Pro
Excellent attention to detail and process documentation skills
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Interest in manufacturing operations, TPM, and HR systems
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program

Preferred

Coursework or experience in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or HRIS
Experience building digital tools or dashboards through coursework, internships, or team projects
Familiarity with data integration and automation best practices
