Responsibilities
Inspect the interior and exterior of our cars, making sure they are meeting our customer quality assurance standards and are ready for our customers to rent
Enter vehicle status and other information in a mobile handheld device
Coordinate the movement of cars around our airport lots
Assist customers as needed, all with excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to stand, walk, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
Preferred
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
