Program Coordinator
The Kidz Club PPEC is a pediatric healthcare provider dedicated to empowering children with medical complexities. The Site Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing program services, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations to achieve optimal outcomes for the children served.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of program services at the center including food and nutrition, environment, and childcare programming under the direction of the Programming Director
Provide supervision and training of staff and client/family education as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
Aid the center in adhering to all state and federal regulations and organization policies
Qualification
Required
Three years of experience in a previous position and a High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of management experience
A CDA or Degree in Early Childhood Education
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on interaction with all levels of the organization
Must have exceptional computer skills with a willingness to learn multiple platforms
A current negative Tuberculosis skin test (PPD) is required
Current CPR (Basic Life Support) is required
Preferred
Experience with Point Click Care and/or the full Microsoft Office Suite
