Responsibilities

Oversee international tax compliance and planning, including federal, state, and local income, franchise, and sales taxes, as well as transfer pricing

Calculate tax liabilities, prepare and file returns, and manage the tax aspects of equity plans and contractor arrangements

Ensure proper tax treatment of employee benefits and welfare programs

Conduct tax due diligence for acquisitions and structure transactions efficiently

Stay current on tax law changes, identify savings opportunities (e.g., R&D credits), and liaise with tax authorities and advisors
