Responsibilities

Monitor, configure, and maintain dialer campaigns and call strategies
Make real-time adjustments to improve agent contact and file reach rates
Analyze campaign performance and share actionable reports
Collaborate with operations, compliance, and IT teams to align dialer tactics with business goals
Support special projects and provide assistance to leadership as needed

Required

2+ years administering auto-dialer campaigns
Experience with dialer tools (Genesys preferred) and SQL reporting
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
Understanding of FDCPA, TCPA, and industry regulations
High school diploma or GED required

Preferred

Background in financial services or unsecured debt collections are a plus
Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL Server Management Studio are a plus
