Office Clerk
B3ON Corporate is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join their dynamic team. The Office Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment by performing various clerical and administrative tasks.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing documents
Organize and maintain files and records in both electronic and paper formats
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Assist in answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
Prepare and complete documents, reports, and correspondence accurately and in a timely manner
Support the finance department with invoicing and revenue tracking
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
Proven experience as an office clerk or in another clerical position
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
