They are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support multiple Project Managers by coordinating administrative and project tasks throughout various construction and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and project support to Project Managers across multiple projects
Assist with project documentation, reporting, and tracking using spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation software
Maintain organized project files, logs, correspondence, schedules, and meeting notes
Coordinate communication with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
Facilitate project workflows, including data entry, document control, and task follow-up
Prepare presentations and project updates for leadership, partners, and community stakeholders
Support project budget tracking, purchasing documentation, and contract records
Exercise good judgment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications

Required

Demonstrated experience providing administrative or project coordination support, preferably on large construction, aviation, or public infrastructure projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems; familiarity with Unifier is an advantage
Ability to work independently with initiative and good judgment
Possession of a valid state of residence driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
Familiarity with City of Phoenix processes and procedures and public sector project delivery
