They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Analyst to join their Income Tax team, responsible for preparing tax returns, supporting international tax calculations, and managing compliance activities.

Responsibilities

Prepare pro forma federal income tax returns using Corptax
Prepare and review state corporate income tax returns, including extensions and quarterly estimated payments
Calculate book-to-tax adjustments and apply tax attributes
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions, including Provision-to-Return analysis
Support international tax calculations, including Foreign Tax Credit (FTC), Foreign-Derived Intangible Income (FDII), and Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI)
Prepare international tax forms such as Forms 5471 and 8858
Collect and review data for Research & Development (R&D) tax credit calculations
Respond to internal and external inquiries from the Tax Compliance team, Tax Provision team, Finance, auditors, and tax authorities
Gather and analyze financial data from various systems for compliance and provision purposes
Assist with tax integration activities for newly acquired entities
Manage and resolve tax notices by liaising with state tax authorities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
2–3 years of experience preparing and reviewing federal and state corporate income tax returns
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Adobe), and SAP
Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Master's in Taxation or Accounting is a plus
CPA certification preferred
Big 4/public accounting experience
Proficiency with Corptax or a similar tool
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
