Prior experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role
Experience working in a customer service role
Experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrading of computer equipment is preferred

Qualification

CompTIA A+MD 100Windows 10 & 11Technical documentationCustomer service

Required

1-2 years related experience
Ability to read technical documentation
Ability to write technical documentation
Prior experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role
Associate's Degree in Computer systems, a related field OR 1:1 equivalent experience
Experience working in a customer service role

Preferred

Experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrading of computer equipment
IT Support in Healthcare
Experience with Windows 10 & 11
MD 100 and 101 or newer, CompTIA A+
