Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to the CTO and senior tech leads on all talent matters – from workforce planning to leadership development and mobility

Develop dashboards and metrics that generate meaningful insight across the talent lifecycle

Design and coordinate the implementation of strategic talent interventions

Partner with brand, marketing and comms specialists to craft clear internal and external messaging

Serve as a bridge between technology leadership and HR leadership, ensuring alignment across priorities

7+ years of experience in a fast-moving, high-performance environment, e.g., Tier 1 consulting, Tier 1 investment banking (Goldman, JPM), leading tech firms or top specialist talent firms
