Responsibilities
Assist management with scheduling and organizing tax work and assignments
Support tax preparers in processing, reviewing, and filing tax returns
Create and manage tax reports, statements, documents, and presentations
Respond to clients' inquiries regarding their tax problems
Assist the audit team with tax audits
Analyze and review complicated forms
Adhere to tax professional standards and ethics
Perform office management tasks, such as answering phones, greeting customers, making appointments, filing paperwork, and data entry
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in tax preparation and tax filing
Experience with tax review and documentation
Basic understanding of tax laws and regulations
Strong administrative support and accounting skills
2+ years of experience
Preferred
Certification is a plus, but not required
Experience with ProSeries is a significant advantage
