Qualification
Required
Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Google Suites
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
High level of reliability, professionalism, and enthusiasm for interacting with clients
Preferred
Familiarity with the nursery or horticultural industry is a plus
