Account Manager
Cream Co. Meats is dedicated to connecting chefs with sustainably sourced meats and ethical ranching practices. The Account Manager will be responsible for building client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting the company's mission in the food industry.

Qualification
Required
Strong experience in client relationship management, customer service, and account management
Sales and business development skills, including identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of the meat or food industry, supply chain, and/or sustainable practices is highly desirable
Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software is an advantage
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
