Commercial Jet is the largest dealership for Model 1 Commercial Vehicles, providing creative solutions for customers in the automotive industry. They are seeking an Auto Technician Mechanic to diagnose, test, and repair vehicles, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs using basic knowledge of automotive concepts in the following areas: heating and air conditioning, electrical and electronic systems and brakes

Must achieve and maintain an efficiency level of sixty five percent or greater

Safely operate all shop equipment

Take direction and perform high quality work meeting all Company standards

Maintain and protect company owned property

Follow Company safety protocol at all times and keep work area cleaned

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Recent verifiable experience in light or medium duty automotive service facility

High School Diploma or equivalent

Requires experience in one or more of the following areas: Automobile, Medium/Heavy Truck, School Bus, and Transit Bus

Appropriate hand tools. Tool Program available

Valid Driver's License for vehicle classes working on. CDL is a Plus

Proven ability to work independently with little or no supervision

Must have a great attitude and work ethic, Be on time every day

Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds

Will be required to do frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling, and climbing to perform multiple tasks of position

Must have good manual dexterity

Must have the ability to maintain a valid driver's license, which includes successfully completing Medical Exam, Driving Test, and all other license requirements
