They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deliver high-performing applications across Leeo's technology ecosystem, working on both frontend and backend components to ensure the platform remains flexible, secure, and fast.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features across Leeo’s web applications, APIs, microservices, and internal tooling
Build scalable backend services in Python using modern API-driven microservice architectures
Develop intuitive, high-quality frontend interfaces using React, ensuring performance, accessibility, and usability
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, prototypes, and production-ready solutions
Implement data processing, automation workflows, and integration points that support key business operations and customer-facing experiences
Contribute to core platform improvements, from architecture and infrastructure enhancements to code quality, testing, and observability
Integrate third-party services and tools to expand product capabilities and accelerate delivery
Apply modern cloud engineering practices using AWS—including serverless components, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and monitoring
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design sessions, helping to shape technical standards and best practices
Support modernization efforts across legacy components, infrastructure, and tooling to increase reliability, efficiency, and developer velocity
Champion engineering excellence through documentation, testing, performance improvements, and automation
Qualification
Required
Strong experience developing full-stack applications using Python, Node.js, or similar backend languages
Proficiency with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI component patterns
Solid understanding of API design, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems
Experience with AWS services, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring tools
Ability to integrate and configure third-party services, SDKs, and APIs to extend product functionality
Strong grasp of databases (SQL or NoSQL), caching, and data modeling
Comfortable working in fast-paced, product-focused startup environments with evolving requirements
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and operations teams
Preferred
Experience with high-growth startups or regulated industries is a plus but not required
