Business Development Specialist

They are seeking a Business Development Specialist to engage warm leads, set appointments for financial advisors, and contribute to the firm's growth through relationship-building and qualifying leads.

Contact prospective clients and schedule advisor meetings
Collect financial information and assess needs
Maintain consistent follow-up to drive conversions
Keep CRM records updated and accurate
Collaborate with advisory and administrative teams
Represent Guerra professionally at events
Assist with team projects and administrative tasks
Continue learning to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or appointment setting
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow into an advisor role
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Financial experience and certifications/licenses a plus
