Responsibilities
Overseeing and supporting the entire proposal development process
Analyzing complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Collaborating with various cross-functional teams
Drafting, editing, and coordinating proposals
Conducting market research to inform capture strategies
Ensuring proposals are compliant with all requirements and submitted within deadlines
Using analytical abilities to evaluate potential business opportunities
Providing strategic recommendations that align with company objectives
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in proposal management and proposal writing
Experience in analyzing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and ensuring compliance
Demonstrated analytical skills for evaluating business opportunities and developing strategies
Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for client engagement and team collaboration
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Preferred
Knowledge of Federal Government contract processes is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency with proposal software tools, Shipley's Proposal Process, and the MS Office Suite is beneficial
