Responsibilities

Prepare marketing packages and materials using Adobe Creative Suite
Design marketing collateral including flyers, postcards, advertisements, brochures, and presentations
Create, manage, and schedule content across social media platforms
Write and distribute press releases and property or project announcements
Coordinate and launch email marketing campaigns
Communicate with local media outlets as needed to support marketing initiatives
Conduct research and use data tools to create fact-based, market-driven marketing materials
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels
Provide administrative and marketing support to the team, including listing or project coordination and database updates
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher)
Solid understanding of general office technology and digital tools
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

Preferred

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, preferred
Prior experience in marketing, graphic design, or a professional services environment
Experience supporting high-volume or top-producing teams
