Responsibilities
Drive revenue across two locations
Lead team members through your direct reports and store management teams
Serve as both hands-on General Manager and strategic overseer of another location
Transform operational data into actionable strategies that increase productivity, profitability, and performance
Build bench strength by developing tomorrow's leaders today
Qualification
Required
5+ years progressive retail/restaurant management experience
Proven ability to read P&Ls and translate numbers into action
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations (50% travel)
Flexibility to work when the business needs you (yes, weekends and holidays)
Preferred
2+ years successfully managing multiple units (preferred)
Starbucks or licensed store experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
Track record of developing managers who get promoted
