They are seeking a senior-level Social Media Manager to drive strategy, growth, and revenue across their social platforms, playing a critical role in campaign performance and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a revenue-focused social media strategy across all platforms
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and new features, and actively implement them
Plan, test, and iterate content strategies aligned with product launches and promotions
Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Collaborate closely with internal graphics and video teams
Either create high-quality content independently or clearly direct internal teams on required assets
Ensure brand voice, messaging, and positioning are consistent across platforms
Support audience engagement strategy, including overlap with inbox and community interaction when needed
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience managing and growing social media for brands, preferably direct-to-consumer
Proven ability to tie social media efforts to revenue, conversions, and campaign performance
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn ecosystems
Strategic thinker who is proactive, organized, and comfortable owning results
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with creative teams
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, creator-driven, non-corporate environment
