Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their data center and storage needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Consult with Subject Matter Experts on key customer requirements
Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop and execute competitive final proposals
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of solutions offered
Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including customer meetings and proposal development
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in data center and storage solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships vendors and other partners to drive sales opportunities
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, from initial discussions to final implementation

Required

5+ years of experience in solutions/sales engineering or technical sales roles, with a focus on data center and storage
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong proposal writing experience
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and procedures
Strong understanding of storage technologies and vendors such as HP, Pure, NetApp, and Dell
Proven track record in business development and sales, with the ability to drive results in a competitive environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with VAR partnerships and managing client relationships effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
